The Sunflower Fund

The Sunflower Fund educates and raises awareness of blood stem cell donation and fundraises for the tissue-typing costs of recruiting stem cell donors, to give patients diagnosed with Leukaemia and other life-threatening blood disorders the hope of life.

Monkeybiz
Monkeybiz is a charity close to Carrol’s heart, with 340 bead artists employed by this non-profit organisation, focusing on reviving the art of beadwork, alleviating poverty and empowering women, whilst harnessing the creative spirit within.

Breadline Africa

Breadline Africa provides infrastructure projects that benefit early childhood development (ECD – providing educational support to children between the ages of one and six years), and encouraging children and youth in literacy. Today, Breadline Africa is one of the biggest suppliers of converted shipping containers for poverty relief in South Africa and has delivered more than 360 containers to poverty-stricken communities across the country.

This focus is clustered into three main areas – Early Childhood Development, libraries and a range of similar container projects to uplift communities. In addition, Breadline Africa also provides initiatives (such as seaside outings, feeding programs and school stationery support) to uplift the lives of young children – to open their imagination and enable their futures.

Don’t miss out on this spectacular and heartwarming annual event.
