Tribe – Transforming Next Generation
- Culture Shift Programme
Equipping and empowering headmasters and teachers with a strategy to build a values-driven culture within the school.
This program aims to shift a school’s values from posters to practice and to shift positive behaviour from occasional events to habitual changes affecting the whole school. This is a tried and tested strategy used to redesign the whole school’s culture based on their desired values. Our team has years of experience working in and with various schools in a variety of socio-economic backgrounds. The whole school, staff, and learner leaders are involved and take ownership of the process. The facilitator will provide support on an ongoing basis so that the school can achieve its goal of cultivating positive values-driven culture.
- Courageously Ethical Entrepreneurship Programme : CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT
A program designed to help young people answer the questions of why ethics, values and good character are important. They will be equipped and empowered to make the right choices in all they do.
The goal of this program is to provide the students with fun, engaging, positive, and practical lessons that will help them grasp the concept of ethics and values, build good character and the competence needed to make great choices in life, reach their full potential and take a stand for ethics, values and clean living.
This program can be presented at your school, community organization or church.

Raising up the next generation of ethical entrepreneurs.
Empowering young people to be the next generation of ethical entrepreneurs by taking them through our fun, practical and engaging ethical entrepreneurship program. We aim to equip young people with the knowledge, skills and practical tools needed to start their own businesses as well as to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
This program was created to combat South Africa’s high unemployment rate of 63% among South Africa’s young people between the ages of 15 and 24 years (Stats SA).
