We’ve kicked off 2018 with a bang and are excited to announce the call to entry for the eighth annual SAB Foundation Social Innovation and Disability Empowerment Awards.

These awards invest in entrepreneurs and social innovation that benefit women and youth, people in rural areas or people with a disability. We find, support and scale social innovations – through challenge funding and tailored mentorship – which can directly and indirectly improve quality of life.

We call on all entrepreneurs to enter the 2018 SAB Foundation Social Innovation and Disability Empowerment Awards now. Read more about the awards and get to know some of our current entrepreneurs in this newsletter.

SAB Foundation Social Innovation and Disability Empowerment Awards

The Social Innovation Awards are aimed at innovators/social entrepreneurs/institutions/social enterprises with prototypes or early stage businesses that can solve a social problem.

The Disability Empowerment Awards are aimed at innovators/social entrepreneurs/ institutions/social enterprises whose innovations focus on providing solutions for people with disabilities.

We’re especially keen to create opportunities for disabled entrepreneurs and innovators, who are strongly encouraged to apply.
